- This device has only a USB connector which connects only to a standard USB port of a PC.
- The primary function of this device is to provide alternative microphone and speaker, and a user interface keypad which enable computer users to send and receive data and voice commands to and from the computer via USB interface.

Question:
I can't speak with nettePHONE when I use IP Share or Proxy server. How can I solve this problem.
Answer: These phones are using VoIP (Voice over IP) technique, which means your phone needs an IP address in order the phone to function properly. When you use the phone behind LAN (Local Area Network) or IP Share, you will not have a real IP address therefore you will not be able to receive phone calls from outside.
Question: I can hear an echo as I speak on the phone. How can I eliminate the echo?
Answer: You can reduce the hearing volume while you are talking. Tod do that you can either use sliding bar or reduce it from windows volume control panel.
Question: Are there any other hidden charges when talking with nettePHONE ?
Answer: The only cost is your ISP charges. this technology uses Voice Piper software which is based on MSN Messenger. MSN Messenger is a free service to all internet users. Therefore using Voice Piper for PC to PC calls does not incure any charges.
