END USER HARDWARE WARRANTY
- The Limited Warranty period is one year and beginning on the delivery date of the product.
- This warranty only is only valid for the end user of the product and can not be transferred nor assigned to subsequent buyers/end users.
- During the warranty period, ALLIED RDS may at ALLIED RDS's option, repair or replace any defective product that will not properly perform its intended use, with a new or factory rebuilt product, of same or later version that performs substantially the same functions as the one replaced. No charge will be made to end user for any such repair or replacement. The external housing and non-operational parts of the product are not covered with this Limited Warranty.
- The product has no user serviceable parts.
- Warranty voids if the product is subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposed to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, connections, repair, misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation and damage caused by shipping, force majeure and act of god.
- This warranty solely covers the handset device thus any complaints, regarding the quality of service and call, are of service providers concern and such copmlaints are immediately forwarded to service provider. Such complaints does not change nor alter the warranty and return policy of the product.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The product you have ordered are sent all over Turkey by domestic parcel service payable by the buyer upon delivery.
Delivery time changes between 1 to 5 days depending on the location of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
- All defective products must be returned within 15 days starting from invoice date. Replacement can be made in case the Limited Warranty Conditions are applicable.
- For any defective product to be eligible to the conditions of this Limited Warranty, it must be returned together with its original packing and all supplied accessories.
- The product is accepted to be delivered once the buyer accepts it, therefore the buyer should act with upmost care in case the product packaging has been openned or in case the product is believed to be damaged.
- The return handling charges are on buyer's account. In case of non-payment, all handling charges are subject to deduction from the return amount. Additionally, the used amount of credit accompanying the product is also subject to deduction from the return amount.
